Who is Employee Training Manager designed for?
Employee Training Management software is designed for companies that need to track their employee training records to maintain its quality certifications and regulatory requirements or for internal tracking of employee training.
Who owns my data?
The data is always owned by you. At any point, you can export your data from the application.
Do I need to provide credit card details when registering?
You do not need to provide credit card details when registering. You only need to provide credit card details if you decide to subscribe.
Where is my data stored?
We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to host our cloud service, so you benefit from a data center and network architecture built to meet the requirements of the most security-sensitive organizations. AWS is a secure, durable technology platform with industry-recognized certifications and audits.
What happens after my free period ends?
At the end of your free trial period, you will need to subscribe to Employee Training Manager if you wish to continue to use the software. If you decide not to subscribe, your data will be removed after 30 days.
Will I be charged automatically for my subscription renewal?
We will automatically renew your account using your previously used card information. This payment is processed through our highly secure payment provider FastSpring.
Will I be able to keep data I have entered during my free period?
Yes, when you subscribe, any data you have entered during your free period will still be available.
How do I pay for a subscription plan?
You can pay for your subscription using the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal or Discover.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription whenever you wish and you will not be billed anymore. If you wish to receive a copy of your data, please let us know and we will send this to you or you can export the data from the application before you cancel your subscription.
Can more than one person use the application at the same time?
Yes, multiple users can access the training management software at the same time. If you have our Medium plan, up to 500 employees can login and access the application.
What kind of support do you offer?
We provide email support only and aim to respond as soon as possible, but certainly no longer than 24 hours.
How do I upgrade to get the latest features?
With our cloud edition, you always have the latest version of our employee training tracker and regular feature updates and improvements are included as part of your subscription.
